Me? I'm doing good. As long as I'm not craving it as much as I thought. As long as I remember that it's all in my head, I'm good.
I heard peppermint tea helps calm cravings Whether or not it's true is another story But I do drink it and it does seem to help. You're not using the gum are you? :ack2:
I'll have to try that. I've never had pepperment tea before. But I love both things separate. I'm using nothing. Plus, my dentist said I'm not allowed to have gum. My jaw muscles are too massive I think no assistance may be the best way to quit for good.
You've never had peppermint tea? It's soo good. Put me off coffee completely. The gum is disgusting, and the patches make you itch Yay I'm so excited for you
I'm new to tea. I was under the impression my whole life that I didn't like it. I got so sick of not being invited over for tea that I decided to make myself like it. Turns out I already did lol I'm excited for me too. Until recently I really didn't want to do this. I figured I'd quit when I start thinking about kids, but now works too. May I try my way first?
Just imagine smelling fresh and clean all the time... Not like dirty cigarette smoke :ack2: I can get you a really cool youtube link if you want? NightRose showed it to me when I was "Quitting"
Yeah, send it to me. Won't be able to look at it until my good computer comes back next week. But I'll have it. Yeah, I hated the smell part. But it did turn me into an obsessive washer. I hope you get back on the wagon. Now that I'm gonna be healthy, I want everyone to be healthy I just don't think the reasons that I'm quitting would apply with this method.
I went to look for that peppermint tea. I couldn't find just pepperment. But I got a peppermint/spearmint blend. I guess it kinda works. Feels like I just smoked a menthol. Thank you for that suggestion, LauraMay.
