We are one day going to have "barn doors" on our bedroom (I guess it's the new thing?) The whole thing has been terrible so far. Delay after delay on shipping, etc. We ordered and paid for the hardware about 6-7 weeks ago. My wife has been talking to them for weeks so I decided I would send them a little message. I didn't even swear. I'll just let this explain the rest of the story.....

My message was effective. They will be sending replacements overnight with instructions. If they actually used some decent packaging it never would have broke. I told my wife a few weeks ago that she was dealing with some small-time operators. She didn't believe me. The packaging spoke for itself. So did their excuses for delays.

    Nope...

My point is, though, that colon cancer was not as widespread back when families made real food at home instead of opening a box of some premade shyt with a list of ingredients a chemist can't decipher. Or worse yet, eat MacCrack-in-a-Box 3-4 times a week...

Besides, if I die, I die... not that big a deal.

It's their job. They have to tell you to get it done.

Yeah. They keep telling me that I need a physical. I'm like "Well...yeah...nah...not right now. I don't have any insurance." They tell me I can go to the health dept. but I don't want to even get started back in that loop. I feel okay.

Pretty much. I don't participate in that shit at all. I eat clean (non-processed...much like you), don't take any "medicines"...not even a single aspirin...I'm perfectly fine and never get sick. I mostly live outdoors in fresh air without the germs of an office and I'm in great shape. And I drink as much beer as I want but that's part of my mosquito solution. ;)

for the 3rd time a pizza driver has driving erratically around me, and this time today he almost caused a head on collision. I was pretty damn pissed .. another time he made an illegal left hand turn from the right hand lane in front of me .. time before that, he wasnt patient at the stop sign behind me and went in opposing lane to go around me. now he got caught cause the dump truck coming around that had to avoid him was local. could of been major crash.. had I not just give up on the gas he wouldnt have made it. then when he was confronted about it he says this in front his boss. "there is no yellow line I can pass dude".. there to is a double solid yellow line, faded but present . .top it off he only had some many feet to over take me before a horseshoe curve that you can not see whats coming .. yeah a dumptruck was coming what a fucking asshole. never seen anything like that shit. Ive seen some dumb fucks, but this clown 3times now . just wow.

I would be mightily tempted to call that pizza place and tell them ALL about their driver. :) It sounds like he is honestly a dangerous menace on the road.

About getting a physical at the Health Dept...in this state all the Health Dept is going to do is give birth control.

Years ago they used to make the person be totally, completely awake and aware for a colonoscopy. :yikes: At least now its more humane.

Short of being heavily drugged just to get me in the car and knocked all the way out immediately upon getting even close to that "procedure", I don't see me ever going through that. :)

37% of dutch beer export goes to the US, which makes it the largest importer of dutch beer in the world. A few years ago the netherlands were the biggest beer exporter in the world. At this moment Mexico has taken over that status! Would you have guessed!? :cheers2:

It was 122 degrees in Egypt yesterday and 104 here in Springfield, a record.

Actually, I found out it was 105 here.

one of the big breweries here recently got in trouble for brewing germman beer here and being misleading on the label....made in Canada was hidden and instead you saw ''brewed to german standards''

Beer is one of few things I can not drink. My own fault as when I was a teen I ended up drinking too much of it and talked to ralph for hours. Since then the smell is enough to make me want to have another conversation. :)

I do cook with it and if someone else has it, it does not bother me
