i dont know, but i heard on cnbc caterpillar posted significant gains last quarter. i would bet its because of federal stimulus money allocated to infrastructure projects

 

randell said no new prisons..... And some the renovated ones were closed and some inmates cramped into other camps.. Actually living spaces in some the housing units is illegal for animals, yet fine for human beings...
one the reasons I left working in corrections is this is no way to treat human beings.. secondly I dont see how you can mix non violent with level 4s and 5. aka Lifers..
