local places are such a ripoff its cheaper for me to order most parts from the states even with lousy exchange rate and shipping

some idiot tried to chiseled into the wonkawash and just put a hole in the wall behind equipment, to gain no access.

I'm kind of irritated tonight. I try to be generous and help as many people as I can. I really do. I have one family member who never calls me, never visits, etc and the only time I hear from her is when she's in a jam and expects me to bail her out. I have done that so many times over the years that a few years ago I basically told her she was going to have to learn to be more responsible and figure shit out. She wastes her money on dumb shit instead of doing what she needs to do with it. Now she doesn't ask me as often but when she does, she absolutely fucking badgers me about it and tries to present it like "I don't have another option! My lights will be turned off if you don't help me!" Like it's going to be my fucking fault and I need it explained with 8 rapid-fire texts in 3 minutes.

I have told her exactly what she needed to do it various situations...so many times and she ignores my advice. I have created business plans tailored just for what she does best..all you have to do is add some effort. Like...bam...here's a great way for you to make some bucks! What happens? Nothing. She doesn't take my advice. She's never paid me back a dime that I've given her except one time when grandpa knew she owed me money so she paid back a little of it just so he wasn't on her ass about it. I never even expect the money back...I just don't appreciate it when I'm simply a step in the game plan. Like I'm nothing more than a security net and I should feel bad when I say no.

It's bullshit and I'm about to start ignoring her texts if that's all we're going to talk about.

Cub Cadet runs fine... Guy used cheap old gas and clogged shyt up. Seafoam to the rescue. He also must have filled the muffler with fumes and then it started.... Blasted that sucker wide open. I was able to bend it back together and re-crimp it without too much trouble... Put an extreme temp putty on that seam just because I had it... Thing purrs now.

Mows well but the deck makes a racket, gotta pull the deck and find out what's up with that. I lubed it before I did anything, seems that didn't help. (I'm sure it didn't hurt)

I ended up adding Slime to those back tires and they work for now... It really needs all 4 tires. Someday that will happen.







Still haven't eaten dinner.....

 

I don't blame you.

 

Had some pretty crappy Chinese (non-Chinese) take-out for dinner tonight. I was starving and still didn't even finish it because it just wasn't very good. Then I hit the gym and wanted to make up for missing yesterday from working late and get in today's workout. Not enough gas in the tank. It's probably influencing my mood tonight. My diet has a lot to do with my mood. I should eat some yogurt or something and hit the sack.

Looks like thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon. Might be a short day.

 

A guy is supposed to come get the not-working frig in the morning and a new frig will be delivered on Thursday...Meanwhile we're living out of coolers.

 

You know what's the best thing for living out of coolers? Beers. It's just like camping but with the comforts of home! All you need is a bag of ice!

took julie to the vet today for a checkup and closer nail trim .. now the vet was forced to move cause rite aid bought the land and a bunch of shit.... so the vet was a little pissed about moving since shes been over that spot for a while. then she says "how many drug stores do they need?" which is true, there is a walgreens and cvs and now rite aids.. then she says rite aid wants to sell beer, and then she says she should start selling drugs and alcohol too.. I said cool put me down for a gram of ketamine and a six pack and she laughed..

NOOOO absolutely not what I was saying! He would have surely said that about the beers though.

He died at the age of 42 from exsanguination caused from alcoholism (massive internal bleedout). I've convinced myself that at least he went easy. Lord knows he didn't live that way.

2 other things...I loved him even when we were separated (couldn't watch him kill himself with alcohol) and his birthday was tomorrow...well today, 5/6, since its after midnight.

You work...you OWN a successful business, which is actually amazing and great.

Work interfered with his drinking.
