then again zsa zsa gabor is still alive under hospice and 98, with some the heath problems shes had, shes a trooper holding on like that. ..

been a busy morning....nap and then back to work....I have a bunch of wood to gather and bring to the town chipper....I asked the limit and they told me 12 inchs across diameter....that's a good size chipper..

Mexican?.......for some reason it reminded me of 1975 picking up pounds of dirtweed in a compressed brick.....it would always be cut in half because it came in kilos

Love Lagunitas! One of my favorites. I have a 6 pack of the IPAs in the kitchen right now.

 

Ive been drinking the Flying Dog, Gonzo Imperial Porter and the Warrior @ 10% apv .. I needed a break from that high content. 6% is nice and this Pils is good. I had the Lagunitas lil sumtins and brown sugs.. they are decent ..
worst of the week was Ithaca cruiser..

I also have some souther tier pmx. dude didnt chill down my Green Chile Lager so I didnt buy that. ,hes pissing me off saying he got 30 new beers back there, yet the cooler it empty.

girl is liking the riverstown pineapple beer. not me. my hooch tasted better of course thats more of a wine, but 3 glasses its bed time. no hangover tho, almost gone now.

 

I get back to watching my granddaughters softball tournaments this weekend but I have to take the remaining kitten with me. It's still being bottle fed every few hours.

speaking of cat ladies[kidding]....my bro worked at a ladies house today....she had a special cabin beside her house where her cats lived....7 cats.....he had to clean it..heated and air conditioned...plush carpet and climbing stuff....

I'll be getting wood tomorrow. Literally. We have maybe a dozen to a dozen and a half logs stacked near our sawmill. My buddy (and co-owner) thinks they've been sitting for too long and are too rotted. He's crazy. They look old but the insides of the logs will be fine. He was going to put them on the burn pile because we have so many other logs and a bunch more coming in. I told him to leave them there for now and I'll mill a bunch of it tomorrow. Some of the smaller conifers may not be worth the effort (for what I want) but the Walnut, Hackberry and Ash will all be fine. Another friend is going to help and he wants some custom cut stuff for a project he's going to be doing so he wants the conifers for that.

The kiln is still loaded with dried Ash, Walnut and a couple of others. We haven't cut a lot more recently because we didn't have another place or use for what we already have. Well....now we do. I'm going to use the hell out of that stuff. A few weeks ago, the friend who wants the custom boards helped out with milling some Oak, Cherry and Hickory off that same "rotted" pile and it was nice lumber. We stacked it in his shop. We'll either do that with what we cut tomorrow or we'll empty the kiln and put it in there. Either way....too much beautiful lumber is a great problem to have.

i had a 40 footer that was white and i couldnt stand in there long it was always so damn hot

 

A house for the cats would be awesome but then I'd miss all the fun of watching the crazy stuff they do.
