Took my girl out for our first mushroom hunt of the year. We didn't find any mushrooms but it was still nice. She locked her arm with mine as we walked into and out of the timber. She told me what she wanted for her birthday and all sorts of other things that just sometimes get lost in commotion when people get busy.

I told her as we were leaving that we were going to test the new tires 4x4ing with the Jeep. She actually asked me what 4x4ing is. I was surprised and said "You know....it's what we do with the Jeep to get to the timber". She's done it plenty of times but never knew what it was called, I guess. But the rednecks fuck up the road on purpose and leave massive muddy, water-filled ruts. You won't get through it without the right vehicle. I never intentionally mess up the road but we sure have fun using it. She was yelling "Faster! Go faster!" I was going fast enough to keep blasting mud and water over the windshield and roof but I'm not going to roll my Jeep.

Good times! $5 car wash afterward. Best $5 I've spent in a while. She wants to go do it again tomorrow. I don't think she even cares about finding mushrooms. I think she just wants to go 4x4ing and hit the timber with her daddy. She loves it there. I've told her "If I'm not with you and not at band practice...there is a good chance that I'm out here. It's almost where I live!" :)

i could. but my concern would be for the political and cultural climate.

every place that's been renamed after some politician, has a stupider name then whatever, if anything, it may first been called, by who ever first saw it, indiginously.

Quick question....not worth starting a thread for....is it true that there is a way to copy info on a pic, google it and see other places the same pic has been used on the internet?

I'm no bicycle expert. It wouldn't take more than one hand to count how many bikes I've owned in my life (in over half a century).

My latest one is worth mentioning tho because it has a history.

Some here might recall that I bought a mountain bike for work from a pawn shop a couple months ago because of the long (nearly a mile) walk from where I have to park.

    Homey don't walk dat far.

Whoever owned this bike before me had made some modifications that I needed to deal with.

First off was to change out the BMX handle bars, lol. Which meant re-positioning the gear shifters and learning how to extend the brake cable. Luckily I didn't have to lengthen the shifter cables as they run through the inside of the frame, and what not.

Next I had to install a luggage rack for my lunch box, etc.

The new seat (saddle) I bought was up into my naughty bits for a couple days until I learned how to adjust it down.

But I couldn't figure out why the back tire was always soft. I put slime some into it and it seemed to work for a bit. I noticed as I put the slime in there was some blue gunk already inside the tube, but I didn't think too much about it. I bought a can of fix o flat, just in case.

Soon the back tire just would not take any more air and was just too soft. So I went to wally world and got a new tire and tube.

I watched a yootoob vid on how to change the back tire on a mountain bike. The guy was British, but I figured out what he was saying.

Turns out the tube was so full of fix o flat, blue gunk and slime, etc. that it couldn't hold any air, LOL.

After I let out all the air in the tube (maybe like a pound) the tube still weighed like a couple pounds... wow.

    probably.
but other then its file name, i wouldn't know.
you can open its properties, but that doesn't really tell you much about the image it contains.
it may give some idea as to where, when, how, and by whom it was created though.

oh sure, now i see what you're asking. as long as they didn't rename it before re posting it, you can look for all instances of that file name having been posted.

i couldn't tell you for sure how to go about doing that, but i do know many artists who make and sell their art for a living, do that all the time.
especially mostly younger ones who tend to be, perhaps understandably paranoid about that sort of thing,
and those who do steal art, and tray to claim as their own, are usually too dumb, and or lazy, to change the file name.

I don't know what that means. I am apparently a technological idiot who only mostly gets by because of my domestic enablers. :)

On the (very) rare occasion that I want to watch something on Netflix...I usually sit there looking at the Xbox controller...pushing buttons. Nothing happens. My daughter will walk by, see me and ask what I'm doing. Well, obviously I'm trying to watch something. She will say something like "Just let me do it for you....what do you want to watch?" I (once) said "I don't know...the show about outer space". She said "It kind of helps if you turn the controller on first". Then I'm a dumbass because she's already told me that 6 times but it's maybe 6 times over a couple of years so I always forget....not that I know what to do once it's turned on but I'd like to think I could figure it out.

You can right click on a pic and "Search Google For This Image".

Yeah... In Google Chrome it's all setup. You right click on the image and "search Google for this image" is an option. The search will find other sites where the image is found and similar images.

Other browsers I guess you would have to use a site like orison posted. I've only done it from within Chrome.

Hmm...totally worked. Evidently, my reading comprehension is at about the same level as my technical ability tonight since I already did that and didn't notice "search google for this image" the first three times. :) Didn't find the image though.
