Very funny...No, what i think it is.....is that I am a designer in my head......a fashion designer...i can create the garment, whatever it is, in my head or on paper....but I am not a seamstress or sewer that much, so I cannot give birth to my ideas.......and most things fall short that i see that i want to put on my body.....and wearing anything is very personal, imo, as it is a second skin.....
I wish I could find a summer sandal that I want to wear...but cannot find that either....I want to cover my toes...have comfort and be soft.....and easy on the foot...There is nothing out there like that...cannot be too pointy ...must be right shape, as well.
most designs fail...even very expensive designers out there for me.....
I don't want to settle ever with what I cover my body with....so I go without most times and just keep wearing the same comfortable rags all of the time, anyway....at least they are comfortable rags.

 

If I could get mys designs out there that I think of.......I would not be able to keep them in stock anywhere...i know this...

I love music, but yesterday i needed a break....for awhile...i don't listen to it every day.

 

Breakfast at the redneck bar. I don't know how anyone can actually eat all of their portions there. A huge pile of hash browns with two biscuits on top....two super thick sausage patties on the biscuits...covered in sausage gravy with an egg over the gravy. So much food that it's almost running off the plate. $7.95. I was able to eat maybe half of it. The waitress asked if I wanted a box. Hell no! I don't even know why I ate the first half of it. Food coma.

 

ive never heard of "sausage gravy"....sounds pretty gross

 

Biscuits and gravy? You guys don't have that up there?

 

guess not...biscuits means cookies in french...

 

i just googled "biscuits and sausage gravy" and i was right it looks pretty gross

they add flour and milk to the sausage grease to make the white gravy

Those do not cover the toes.....though....
I would like something like a croc in a soft sueded top...almost moccasiny with firm walking bottoms like Ugg boots have.... with a better shaped front....crocs are too rounded in front, and the plastic gets uncomfortable, but they do come in handy for wet grounds......

 

Now, I truly understand the children's story of the 3 little bears...it has to be just right in anything.....was the moral really.

 

Dr. Scholl's comes a little close, but cover the toes for some...not everyone wants to show toes....and wants to protect them...and make some alittle feminine.....some how....but they have good supportive bottoms for alot of walking.....

 

I wind up wearing ankle suede Uggs in the summer with shorts sometimes if Iknow I am going to be on my feet for quite some time.

comfortable like slippers...but supportive for walking, too.

 

I use my Pali jesus sandals as house shoes, year round. If I go somewhere to swim I also wear them with my swimsuit.

Other than that, I wear my sneakers and support socks with jeans. If I wear shorts, I wear sneakers and no-show socks but if I'm out for a while I usually end up wearing a compression sleeve on my left calf.

 

Went to my daughters dance recital today. I was in the third row and started laughing a bit the first time she got very close to the front of the stage. All of the other girls were either smiling or looked a little nervous and tight-lipped or whatever. She was doing the dance moves and singing the songs. I noticed she did it on every song. Gave me a good chuckle.

I asked her about it afterward and she said she wasn't singing. She was clearly singing. Another girl had a shoe fall off and you had to feel bad for her trying to get it back on and still do the dance. She never did get it back on.
