I think they're good. A friend of mine is friends with them and usually meets up with them when they're passing through. She once gave them a CD of ours. They probably thought we sucked.

I don't know how many times I've seen Phish. Maybe around 45 or 50 shows. I've been to a decent number of GD (and post-GD) shows too...both with and without Jerry. Haven't really been hitting the road a lot in the last few years though. We're going to Alpine for Phish this summer and got shut out of GD Chicago. Not paying what they're selling for now.

cant do it because the guy was quoted much less work due a mistake i made in diagnosis (faulty reading on a tool)

turned a big job into way more than i ever would have agreed to but the guy is still willing to pay so im seeing it to the end just doing a bit at a time so my back doesnt go out





my last two normal type of jobs i quit like that though...one i just walked out during break and another one i just said "this is my last day here" as i cashed out for the night on a thursday leaving them scrambled for the weekend rush

I meant to tell you guys....I scored a pair of tickets to see this guy! I got the back stage "meet and greet" passes and a few other goodies included. Going to see him on Dec. 3rd. This video may not be his best music but....I figured it's a medley that everyone would know and....when you're as good as he is....anything he plays is probably better than most of us can do. He doubles down on the awesomeness in different spots. Damn! Going to take my son to see him. Looking forward to it!

My daughter is wanting to camp in a remote area near Pensacola, Florida. You have to pack in about a mile. You camp directly on the beach. It's clothing optional and you might go without ever seeing another party camping.

Alas, there are thunderstorms predicted and she's in a stew about whether to go or not.

This young woman is afraid of storms even if she's at home.

I feel for her. She has a weekend without her child, found a really awesome place to go, and now is half afraid of the weather.

i'm living in a different place then i was a week ago. i'm by myself and have only one adjoining neighbor. both of these are major pluses.

 

i rather like the little house and wish i was living in it. the message is kind of 'meh'. i still thing the best way to deal with anything is to pay attention to the kind of world we create for each other along with ourselves, to have to live in.

i like the house and that there's a train next to it.
