In this case you would spend more time adjusting the damn ladder than getting any work done...

I'm ready for the Big flea killing/eviction. Finally found some flea collars for the 2 cats, which were harder to find than you would believe. Less than a month ago my brother bought these cats some of that expensive squirt stuff to put between their shoulders. Aside from both cats acting like they'd taken some serious (not good) drugs for about 2 days, that expensive shit did NOTHING to get rid of the vile and evil fleas.

Each day, I use a comb and go through their fur/hair (whatever). Brownie especially seems to love being groomed. BB acts like she couldn't care less and I often have to ease up to her (silently chase her down) with the flea comb and the plastic bowl of water with dish washing liquid I use as part of the process.

Hopefully after today we won't have to go through all this bs - at least for a while. :)

I'm just going to go out on a limb and say some of you guys would probably hate doing my job. :)

Here's some pics. The ones over the house are from probably 10-15 yrs ago. The other ones are from a partially uprooted tree hanging over a ravine and a power line. Someone has to climb out there and you can't be tied to it because it may fall (and you'd also be tied in above...not good for the climber at all).

I guess I can't attach all 4 pics at the same time so I'll do it in another post in a sec.

You should be (and I was) tied in from above but that's why you don't want to be tied to the uprooted tree. If it falls, you'd be tied to both. But I'm usually tied in though.

I have a cousin who does rigging at the arena and the large theater on campus. He's told me quite a bit about it.

    Ouch!

I missed my 800 mg ibuprofen this morning and I'm not hungry yet so I haven't had the evening 800 mg.

Walking is getting near to impossible.

    C'mon appetite.
