I take 100mg / basically split 200s. Im going to hurt with or without them. Ive the dystonia with teh MS its not so bad but torts my neck and spine to the right mostly. atropine works good for that but I lose my vision more with higher doses. probably get back on Cogentin for a little while that helps sometimes.

I just pulled in my driveway and this dude is standing in my front yard with 3 large dogs....one of which is taking a shit in my grass. His wife/GF took off as soon as I pulled in. I was cool about it but just said "I hope you're planning on cleaning that up". He said she just went to get a plastic bag. Maybe but I bet they would have just left it if I didn't pull in the drive. It's fine if they pick it up but it really pisses me off when people don't. You can let your dog shit it your own fucking yard!

800 on bad days ...usually add in a tylenol one except bad days get a t3

 

anyone whos used a nail gun should spot it right away

If there were no ibuprofen in my life I wouldn't be moving other than to walk to the bathroom. It helps a good bit with the ankle and makes the knee more bearable.

Jamming out with the kid tonight. He was surprised that I can play a ukulele. It was something for his next album. I mean...I really haven't ever seriously tried to play a ukulele but it has strings so I'm sure I can figure it out. It's pretty easy. I think we decided that I will sit in with him on his next couple of solo festival sets. That sounds like fun.
