Well shit. I thought I had those doors pretty perfect. I don't. I saw something odd in my pic and thought it was an optical illusion until I looked at a pic my wife took and then looked closer at the door itself. The right door is off a bit (but not as much as it looks like in her pic). It's the same one that I thought was off while I was building it so I adjusted it. I should have trusted my original measurements. No big deal. I can change it back so it's straight. It will just take a few minutes.

But here is the pic my wife took. It's better than I can take with my phone. Going to find for hopefully antique handles for the doors tomorrow.

 

you saying the right one is a parallelogram instead of a rectangle?......that chair is cool....looks leather but could be wood?....is that the master bedroom?......bed is kind of perfectly positioned to run into the room and dive on it

 

Yeah...the right door is off. The chair is leather. It's really not very comfortable to sit in the normal way (for me anyway) but it's perfect if you sit with one leg off the side and one off the center...leaning back into the taller corner.

I whacked off all my hair and got deep plum streaks put in. It feels so weird to not have hair down to my arse any more. The lady at the salon looked at me and said, "Oh no... it is NOT the sixties.. we have to do something with this mess." So.. I let her play.

Piper, my daughter's Pit Bull, has to come stay with me a while because I have a huge kennel for her.

She tore the cranial cruciate ligament in her knee. In humans it's the ACL

She can't be active.

In 2 weeks she goes back to the vet.

She may need surgery.

 

Aw Aeri, I hope the kennel rest does the trick and she recovers and does not need surgery.

They will x-ray when she goes back in 2 weeks.

She's on tramadol for pain and I can't remember what else my daughter said.

She did it yesterday evening and she woke my grandson up crying in pain this morning.
