i had a planned power outage at 930 am that i forgot about......house got cold pdq and i had to light a fire in the ol'woodstove

one time i was walking down yonge street in toronto with my daugyer then 20 and her best friend...a beautiful native indian girl named harmony....i was meeting them for lunch while they attended some hippie dippie college course about natural medicine.....

the conversation turns to piercings...this is 1999ish.....my daughter says ''harmony has her nipples pierced dad...do you want to see them?''....before I could say ''obviously yes'' harmony lifts her shirt..right there on the busiest street in Toronto...and shows me her new piercings.........I


I gotta say...they were pretty awesome

 

biggest snow of the winter yesterday...they sure predicted it wrong

helped neighbour out by plowing ...

 

I always get that feeling too when I see new piercings

 

ladies and gentleman she will be performing all week...be sure and try the roast beef

I have that happen as well. It can stir up some mixed feelings.

 

I just bought a Discworld hardback novel from ebay-I now have 43 of the 46 Discworld novels.

[yeah,I know...sad,innit...]

Same Here And In My Experience It Can Go One Of Two Ways.......

(1)..A Delightful Dream That Makes You Wake Up Smiling And Glad You Could Meet Them Again........Or

(2)..The Dream Turns Into A Nightmare And You Wake Up Rattled, Which Sometimes Lasts For Hours.

Experienced A 2 Last Night And It Frightened Me So Much 10 Hours Later I Am Still Upset By It.

never rattles me

most dreams seem to be filled with friends from grade 7 to grade 12...and we are all still that age in them...i guess those were my favourite times

 

I have weird dreams...

 

Today is one of those days that I feel like I can't warm up. No reason why as house is the same as always.

Maybe I will eat some fruit and get my sugar up, can't hurt.

 

I like my dreams when my dead come to visit me.

The weird ones where I'm wandering, lost or can't find my car, or something similar to that - I hell hate.

 

I am shy with the ladies in my dreams...even polite....I never seem to be able to pull the trigger and get laid in a dream


I used to have awesome flying dreams where I could even steer...but not for years since hydroponic weed came into fashion

 

I am so ready for spring...

 

Hates watching my best friend lose her fight...
I wish I could give her strength, let's face it, I don't need much, but she needs it all! Keep fighting Do, please xxxxx

Thanks Heat..we have been friends over 40 years..we are like big kids when we go out..supported each other with so many troubles..and this one i cant do..
she is so scared..all i can do is hold her and cry with her..so awful!

 

i am totally no good at keeping track of people.
i know that people don't like not being kept track of.
i don't blame them. i feel the same way myself.
but i'm still no good at keeping track of people.
and most of the time its NOT from not wanting to.

and i feel so completely helpless when i see and know people need emotional support too.
but which is what, and what is who, is like something, even when i learn,
i'll remember for a few months if that long if i'm lucky.

yes i know this is why i don't have more friends,
i'm aware of that and not surprised be it,
and it doesn't make me feel bad to not have more,
but their dissapointment in me not being a better friend to them,
that makes me feel bad that i'm not able to do more about it.

but i'm still not,
for which reason i try to warn people of this,
and i'm not trying to push them away by doing so.

it just is what it is.
