i was playing with cars too

i just got back from bringing a jeep into the crushing place

 

there are about four places that i always hit when i log on to the internet. fur affinity, random thoughts of hip forums, the european railway picture gallery, and my email account.
in approximately that order, if not always sequence. not sure why i almost always come here. its sort of like a familiar gravity well, and a remnant of the internet as i remember it,
when it was something new and nerdish and the idiots who try to make everything have to be about money hadn't yet robbed it from everyone else.

 

Big change in the weather yesterday in the upper 70's, today in the 40's





















I'm cold, curled up under a blanket on the couch watching tv...

 

Same here. It was almost 80 yesterday. Today was like 50s and tomorrow will be 40s. But then it's supposed to jump back to the 70s. I'm cold too and sitting here spacing out.

 

everything here was melting and flooding this week and then today started out as a snowstorm and is ending as a wind storm

 

Oh the wind is bad here. Especially this morning. And it's supposed to be windy all day tomorrow. I like spring but I can't wait for summer to get here.

 

Weather here is ideal. I dread the summer. Winter was much too short for me, not enough cold this year.

Watched 3 of my grandkids today...

 

was ok here but kind of cold

after fixing a bunch of stuff on my atv i took a truck drive into the bush to do some target shooting

 

my printer only prints clear...


yeah. it's broken.

 

mine is a boat anchor i bought new for less then a hundred bux. its one of those 'wireless' that i'm not smart (or ambitious enough or curious enough about how to set up my own little local wireless network) enough to set up to work that way, but which worked passibly well with a wire connection, until the last time it ran out of (damd expensive) ink. the last time i tried to use it (all four ink cartredges having been faithfully replaced) i couldn't get it and my computer to talk to each other even over the hardwired usb link (they're both hewlet packard too).

its not a big important thing in my life. just a small annoying one.

 

Think I've had one of those. Not entirely sure if this currentone is a lost cause just yet. But what you described sounds kind of familiar.

Random fact

I tried substituting raw cacao nibs for my regular almonds and walnuts in my cereal today. Think it would have been ok if my milk didn't run out as well and I didn't have to use water. Oh water in cereal is blaaaah!

I couldn't find a wine i liked today! Yet those i tried, i love!

i got tons of work done today .....all on my own projects

hurt my back and cut a finger open but thats part of the deal usually anyway

 

Built my Harley trailer from a 1958 Nimrod Camper.

Imo today's trailers suck shit.

My Nimrod has never failed me yet.

my boarder is building an old Harley....he is tikerig with parts in the living room most nights

i'm finished with motor cycles....atv at best these days....

my buddy found out his buggy isn't registered as an atv so he is registering at as a road vehicle as soon as he can get the safety stuf done

my lawyer sister still has her sportster and my brother I law still has a couple too

my sun came out for 2 minutes and disappeared

 

i think it mean airbag suspension instead of springs


just a guess though..ive never been into bikes...seen too many accidents
