I'm getting so tanned dark from being outside in our Texas sun all the time.

Flying. Riding my motorcycle. Running. Yardwork, etc.

So...today we were signing this dude up for a sunset flight for his anniversary with his wife. Hes a Hispanic gentleman. Im Caucasian. So...Our bare arms were right next to each other on my desk and I noticed mine was a little darker. LOL. I love seeing how tan I can get in the summer. My wife is blonde and says I'm overdoing it although she thinks it's hot. But says I'm gonna catch skin cancer if I don't be careful.

That's not funny but dang if it didn't make me laugh out loud

I LOVE goats. They are so cute and funny and loud.

If I didn't have to take care of/watch out for Mama relatively every waking minute, I'd for dang sure have a goat - no I'd have 2 goats. I don't want anything to have to be alone (but me)

...and I wouldn't have to worry about cutting stupid grass with a lawn mower that I can't get cranked for ALL the tea in China.

I drove over it that night

saw the hole in the ice where it went through...the firetrucks looked like they were just arriving on scene and had no idea what to do ...i was probably one of the last cars to get over before they closed it for a while..glad i made it because the detour would have been awful

We had a neighborhood dog who lived across the street and s couple houses down.

He was pretty new. Only moved in with his owner a few months ago.

I need to add...me and DW live in a very very quiet upscale oldish country club community. On the southern Austin cith limits.

The dog was a nuisance. Incessant barking. I think he was brain damaged. You never heard a dog bark so continually. Whenever I'd be in my yard, he'd bark his head off. He once ruined a backyard BBQ of the next door neighbors. They had to actually go inside!!! The dog would do this when his owners weren't home.

    Well well.

Somebody poisoned the dog. Or so I'm told the owner thinks. At any rate, it's dead.

    Tragedy, right?

I should be appalled at the murder of an innocent animal?

    Here's my secret....

    I'm not!

    Far from it.

    I'm inwardly happy.

    Bordering on delerious.

I'd buy the poisoner a drink if I could.

    Am I a terrible person?

    Another secret....

I do not care an iota if anybody here says they think I am.

    Cheers.

that is a pretty fucked up attitude to adopt.
it wasn't the dogs fault, it was the owners for not training the dog.
only a chicken shit pussy would kill a dog over barking.
hope they find who did it and they serve jail time.

I recently moved and have a dog next door that barks incessantly as well.
I'm not upset at the dog, I actually feel bad for it because I never see/hear anyone playing with it or interacting with it.
No wonder the thing barks all the time, it's lonely and hungry for attention.
training and attention would solve it in a few weeks, worked for the dog we adopted.

it is also fucked up because dogs have evolved to be human companions and have replaced certain instincts that would suit them in the wild for ones that foster stronger bonds with humans, so we need to take a more responsible approach concerning dogs because humans have developed them into the critters they are now due to our interaction with them.

so yeah, only a moronic pussy would harm an animal over something like that and only a moronic P.O.S. would be celebrating it.

I agree....talk about taking the ''o'' out of country club

    you speak to the owner...

if they aren't agreeable you phone bylaw enforcement...you do the traditional shitty **** neighbor things that shitty **** neighbors do....you don't become a criminal and hurt the dog

cuntry club fucks aren't welcome many places other than their snobby cuntry clubs .....shocked one of them is online on a hippie site and not living that fabulous cuntry club lifestyle

As I said, what you think of somebody who is happy that a major annoyance is eradicated means very little to me.

The fact that a certain species of animal had been domesticated doesn't mean it gets carte blanche to make other's enjoyment of the neighborhood and peace and quiet miserable.

We all payed over $300,000 for our homes. This is a fine, old money, upscale neighborhood. It's always been quiet. And the quiet and solitude were a key factor of us moving here.

The animal ruined that. So...when said source or ruination was removed, I became happy.

And your ad hominem attack on me for just being honest about my feelings are noted. I'll consider the source. As you seem to be s rather undereducated and juvenile person.

    Well, lighten up, Francis.

Btw....you're really 55? And you use language like that?

    Wow. Scary.

May I enquire as to what you do for a living?

    And....where do you live?

I live in Austin. To be more accurate, in the Onion Creek neighborhood just south of there.

How bout you? Have you ever had an idyllic setting threatened?

    LOL

Oh...and about you attacking me, bro....
Don't let your alligator mouth override your hummingbird ass. As we used to say in the military. You're another one of those twits with what we call internet muscles.

I'd pay $20 cash to you for you to call me what you did here in person.

    Maybe more!!

It'd be a fun time for me.

Hmm....not so much, Probably, for you.

    Cheers.

I'm not a member of the Onion Creek Country Club, thank you.

Probably less than half the residents of Onion Creek are.

Your language is reprehensible, by the way.

You and noxious....great name for him, btw...should get a room.

I can't believe you guys are full grown men with your juvenile language.

As far as me and this site, I must admit I'm a but disappointed.

The endless aberrant sex forums. The scatalogical humor. It reminds me of the old penthouse forums. LOL

You guys had a shot at the moral high ground here in the mutt poisoning issue, but you promptly pissed it away and lost it by attacking me. Just for honestly revealing myself to be glad that a major annoyance..in fact, the worst....in my neighborhood is gone. After all, twasnt me who snuffed Fido.

It's just that I cannot be angry with whoever did.

Take that how you please, sweetheart.

    Cheers.

I am assuming the poor dog was chained up outside by itself all of the time? if so, that would drive any being crazy and into incessant barking. I have seen this before and once lived next to a dog that was chained up by itself 24/7. Sad, really....and no one wanted to talk to the owner and tell the owner, "We cannot take the dog's incessant barking.....?"

Poisoning someone's dog is against the law, and it is very sad anyone would be happy about it. That is not love....:(

    To Crystal_Knocked:

Yeah, there are a LOT of animal lovers around here, and even more specifically dog lovers.

When I initially took up for you beating up the running-her-mouth female at the gym, I can't help but question if I was right. I wonder just how much of what you said was true and how much wasn't.

I know this - after reading of your happiness and pleasure over a dog being poisoned, my impression of you has completely changed. Had any of you in your so-fine neighborhood with your old money (probably mostly old money or houses bought with old money by mommy and daddy) thought to ask and quiz the owner of the dog as to why it incessantly barked, things might have changed. However, it seems changing that situation unfortunately wasn't the goal here...or - that's right - it would have happened!

I'm glad we can't delete what we say or edit but just so long, because I'd hate for you to be tempted to change (hide) your true feelings regarding the dog's demise.

NOT that is concerns you in the least - but I did have a good, favorable impression of you

thought you didn't care an iota?....

no one asked you to be angry with an obviously mentally ill criminal who kills dogs......but you should fucking condem the living shit out of it or else people will call you out on it

regarding the ''upscale country club neighborhood''.....fuck you.....you are insinuating that a barking dog is somehow far more offensive to you rich cunts than in a lesser valued hood

go fuck yourself and your evil thoughts....kiss my foul mouthed ass
