Well did they get back to you yet?


Been so nice here this weekend and having windows open was heavenly. I am so ready for sunny warm weather!!

 

OMG! I just mowed all kinds of areas like a damn boss!

The lawn mower really does crank up easier the more I crank it. It was also smelling hot or something. I've looked for the little instruction manual (book) you're supposed to keep but generally no guys worry about keeping it because they honestly don't need to. Well, I need it. good grief lol

Thanks Lynn, I have not been on too much lately, life and all that but I miss talking so it is time to be back on more!

I actually understand. I've been working in the yard and I'm fixing to turn into a NINJA HOUSE CLEANER :rofl:

Anyway this past season and then this spring, is the 1st time in my entire 59 yrs been the one to do the yard here. All of it. I'm not complaining or anything. If fact, I hate that it rained for about 2 months straight and stopped me. I'm making up for lost time. Thing is, I really like yard work all in all. I can see what to do, where to take what, what is trash to bag and toss...:hurray: I'm even taking a liking to mowing. (might as well lol)

However...this house is another matter altogether. lordhavemercy :-O

 

since chi[p and dale were here way way before those knobs that meme should be the other way around......it doesnt make sense the way it is

 

I realized the new window blinds are coming in this week so I'll wait until we get them put up to move stuff around. I'm thinking that I'm going to tear up carpet and pad as I go. This stuff is old.

Helped hubby do some trimming in the yard. Walked the dogs. Played with the bunnies and triplets. Washed some linens and clothes...

Well....I'm pretty beat. This has been a nearly perfect weekend for me. The weather was beautiful, went running, kayaking, did yoga, did some bike riding with my daughter, grilled food, hit a brewery, had lunch at our favorite place today, watched a movie outside last night, drank an bunch of great beer all weekend and got laid three times. I can't do it any better than that. Put a fork in it and call this weekend done!

Tomorrow I have to get back in gear for "boot camp". I love that shit.

On a side note.....we rode to a park in our city that is named after my dad. The kids go there more often than I do these days. It's kind of an interesting feeling....just sitting there and looking at the trees, etc.....wondering if my dad planted them or cared for them when he owned the land.....wondering how many times my dad must have mowed that grass. I know how the park came to be but he never mentioned the finer details like trees, etc.
