I know I can be a dick at times, but was it really necessary for you to do that shit today?

Walking Buddy at the park today we were followed by a damn crow that just screamed and screeched the entire friggin' time!
It literally followed us around the park, landing in whatever tree we were under or close to, making all kinds of noise. I was waiting for it to try and crap on us.
Almost 10 minutes we put up with it. Wish I had my damn pellet gun!
At one point I shook my fist at the crow and said "Damn You Tyrsonswood!"

I just know you have something to do with it, sending your raven minions to harass us.

 

Their network of communication is much older, and more developed than the internet... Think about that for a moment.

 

I'm used to them doing the warning calls when we get close, but this is first time one followed us around.
it was kinda creepy.

I could "feel" the sun today... I can see getting burned even with short exposure.

I learned to "feel" the suns intensity when I lived in Phoenix... There are subtle degrees of intensity that can make a big difference in how long you can be out in it.

 

barn swallows and the bluejays are in full protection dive bombing mode in my yard.......I bet I have at least 20 separate nests of various birds here....all 5 birdhouses have tenants...all 3 barns have multiples....all my evergreens....my shed.....they are everywhere

 

I probably have over 20 different species of birds around here... No idea about number of nests.

Showed up in mass this year... There must be 100+ out in the woods. Weird seeing all these yellow birds flitting around out there.

 

Conversation I had earlier this evening with my wife.....

Me: Hey...check out what I'm wearing...from head to toe...

Her : (interrupting) It's all grey and black and matches?

Me: Well...yeah...but I was going to say it all matches my beard and mustache.

 

I see more cardinals than anything else. There are a couple of woodpeckers, some swallows, wrens, robins, nightingale, black capped chickadee and blue jays. I have seen a handful of the very beautiful blue birds but none so far this year. I've heard one weird, eerie bird call at night but I don't know what it is. It seems like I knew at one time but it has slipped my old brain. lol

I am VERY put out with where I wound up planting my tomatoes. When I dug the holes (YAY not :-O ) the sun was brightly shining, and it seemed to be a place that full sun would be (at least 6 hours of the sun). I even thought I had efficiently scoped out the area! Well kiss my butt...I somehow managed to put at least 2 of those holes where the full sun just barely misses it a couple of the 6 hours the sun hits that area. :wall: The peppers are in a good place.

We always have lots of birds and other animals but I don't know exactly what all of the birds are called. I know a few of the easy names and maybe a few of the more unusual names but I mostly spend more time watching them than trying to figure out what they are. My newest bird duplex is full right now though. I built that for the finches. Lots of finches around here.

My humming birds are back and feeding on the feeders and also my flowers. This year I also noticed that I have more bees, that is a good thing!!!!

thanks, I have to go the funeral home later. last thing I want to do is put on dress clothing in 90degree weather.

as well not a week has gone by over the last year that the GF dont need an excuse to back out of chores and house work. this just another excuse.

 

buddy wants to go for an atv ride but rain is coming and im sore as f already from the low pressure

im starting to really hate fit/healthy people that dont understand not everyone can do what they can do
