Hot and gorgeous out today. I am going to repaint my powder room door because some idiot (me) coloured her hair and somehow got some on the door. Not one of my most brilliant moves.

 

I took Dad to breakfast this morning. Technically I take him every Sunday morning because I am his driver but this morning I paid for the meals and left the tip. Normally I am the one to leave the tip. It is his wish to take me or my brother and I to breakfast each week. I try to be the one who pays on Father's Day.

shitty day for me had to go tow someone home that broke down on the highway way out of town....pretty heavy truck to pull with my small truck but we made it home safe with no problems

 

there are some things i do just as well with one hand as with the other. writing in cursive script is almost the only one that i don't. even some i do just as well with the toes of my hind-paws as the fingers of my fore-paws.

i was wondering who this was people were talking about. never knew his mundane name is why. soon as you say checkoff on startrek, i grew up watching that, from the glass managaree on.

 

geeze power outage for like 2 seconds (high winds)...but the damn internet was out for close to an hour

 

Yesterday I went to visit my brother Ty. I saw the same golden chicken standing on the side of the road that I posted about a couple weeks ago. This time he was in the ditch poking around. I looked a little longer and saw he was on the outside of a fence. Inside the fence were a bunch of black chickens just minding their business.

 

im imagining the gold chicken with swede sweats and gold chains....and the others were his ladies that you could buy...for the right price

 

The little one is ready for his nap...

Rained here this morning...

 

Waiting for rain today. They say later in the afternoon and overnight heavy storms with winds, hail and possible tornados. Humid for now.

i just finished a 4 wheeler repair now hoping the guy picks it up before the lawn tractor job gets dropped of...things are getting kind of crowded here

 

construction coming to an end soon.. for all the trouble they caused me asked me what they could do for me .. I told them to take the bulldozer and flatten out some lots of mine and a couple that are not mine.. did a good job taking out a corner piece of foundation where I cant mow because of the stone .. uncovered some decent soil that Im going to plant grass and weed and feed it to keep out the weeds. least try to keep out the weeds but once grass takes place, will make it easier to cut down..

 

You didn't ask them to bulldoze the car wash?

 

id have asked them to knock down that stupid telephone pole in the sidewalk

I have putin at least a dozen hours weeding my garden in the last 2 1/2 days ...maybe more but it is paying off......I have at least 25 tomato plants ....lots of baby fruit everywhere

 

only have one tomato plant . and its wild grew there all by its self.
