Try to take like a 20-30min nap mid-day tomorrow if you can. I've found it really works well.

 

I'll probably end up falling asleep if I do that, for a couple of hours, which probably isn't good.

 

Yeah, over an hour would probably just make you groggy.....atleast that what happens to me.
