today was good...got some sweet deals on things i need ....one was a makita 3/4 inch drive impact 110v.....generator should run it just fine when im working at my buddies place...way easier than running the compressor for air impact

got some heavy duty shelves strong enough for a crapload of starters and alternators...and a spray foam kit large enough to insulate my work shed next year


also went to buy new bed sheet and instead ended up with a nice thick complete bed in a bag on sale for $40 so ill just be tossing out everything and putting all new blankets and sheets

also got some nice new shirts...

 

i usually toss out the quilt from bed in a bag after a couple years. its just to much to wash those things. even in the laundromat , tugging a king size quilt soaking wet. naw im good. dry quilts make hella fires btw.

 

Laptop repair update… January 6, 2015… Let's review brought the laptop and on October 29… November 9 I was told to come in and prepay a new motherboard hundred and 44 and change… I did that on November 12…

So after many phone calls yesterday I decided to call the head office again and this timeI expressed my dissatisfaction in some very certain terms… Then again this morning.… A different person answered the phone at their head office and again I expressed my deep deep unhappiness and how I have been treated by their company… Shortly after that I got a call back from the store manager promising me he'd get to the bottom of it I told him at the time that the only possible thing that would make me happy is that they give me my money back and fix it free… So an hour or so later he called back and said that's what they're going to do and that's a laptop is finished in a day or two it'll be back in Kingston and I can pick it up free of charge… Get my hundred and 44 back

laptops are so inexpensive nowadays. they should just give you one.
i remeber the two day my new computer broke and they give me shit about replacing it.. I will drive my car thru this motherfucking store front faster than you can call 911.. oh look magic ..

I have a laptop coming ups to be sent to me tomorrow. I feel like im speaking throigh mud on this handheld device.

 

rf: I was off today and aside from going to the grocery store (for 7 items) I did NOTHING but eat firecrackers and take a long nap. lol Oh...before going to the grocery store I got some (more) firecracker material.

On the 18th my firecracker person is going away to Fla to visit family for 3 weeks! :yikes: That's the easiest/quickest way I know to get motivated to get an oz before he goes.

Another rf: It is cold enough to cover my bay-leaf tree with trash bags tonight. I used to slide the bay-leaf tree (which is in a container) into the basement...but after my last snake scare down there (a few months ago), I only go down there when I can talk someone (beside my mother) into going down there with me. Surprisingly enough, nobody wants to go down there with me for more than 1 minute...and NOBODY is interested in going in there while I get the bay tree set up. gad

 

Wednesday… Hump day… I have to prepare for a trade show this Friday in Toronto…

Our heat was out on Monday. The landlord took the whole day fixing the furnace. We did have hot water for what that was worth. I spent most of the day bundled up in bed.
