Played a show tonight. It wasn't bad. Lots of dancing and clapping. Lots of positive comments from people afterward but I moved through that as quickly as possible. I just wanted a moment to myself...I was kind of irritated. My wife found me and said she thought we rocked it. I told her...no....tonight was a show that makes me question if I want to continue playing. That's honestly how I felt after the show tonight.

But then I ended up talking to a lot of people and thinking about different moments. Maybe it wasn't that bad. Maybe it was just in my head because I was having a tough time improvising tonight.....which forced me to do a lot of different things....which is improvising anyway. I don't know. Everyone else in the house seemed happy about the set except for me. I should have played better.

Anyway...whatever...what's done is done. I'll listen to the recording later.

Good morning. Just back from walking the dog and getting groceries. We are expecting another snow storm tonight through Monday. They really have no clue how much snow we will get but at least I am prepared if I get snowed in.

 

I'm ready to get snowed in... Note: I didn't say I was prepared. Just ready.

 

sunshine all day here....possible snow tomorrow......but cold....I just hand sharpened my chainsw so I can be outside for shorter time......


plus I have many dozens of peanut-canna-balls frozen on the porch waiting for yummy chocolate coating

They almost killed Champy again last night. pact mentality comes in and they turn into tiny monster wolves, all of them. I do not recognize....and i want to run away from them all....i will take Sullivan, the golden with me..... and leave the pugs to themselves....oops...can't take Sully , either...he is Stan';s dog....mostly...oh, well....

my cats can all go to hell lately,too....Spanky crawling all over me and never letting me rest.
All my favorite cats are dead anyway.

Oscar cat is just laying here near me with a hmmmppppphhhhh look on his face. He is a good cat. Never bothers me....just needs his fat ass to be lifted on to the counter for food several times a day....but i ignore him most times he asks to be picked up there. he does not need to eat so much.
He looks like garfied a bit.

 

Dad went to the emergency room this morning around 9:15 and they are just now checking him into a room. He is having problems with his back.
