Just back from our afternoon walk at the cemetery. There is a new grave in our section covered with flowers and flags out to dig another one a couple rows back from Mom. It is pouring rain and Grace decided to sit in a clump of mud on the road. She got a good rub down with a towel when we got home and aside from still being damp she is looking much better.

They said it would get to 52F today but it is only 40F. Tomorrow we are supposed to get snow. Predictions for the coming week are temperatures in the teens and single digits. Welcome January.

 

It was awfully muddy and puddles everywhere yesterday when I went to the cemetery with my brothers. I mean just nasty.

 

High temp for today is at 11:59 PM and for tomorrow at 1:00 AM...



But of course, there's no such thing as climate change. It's always done this.

 

ha ha....will try to take dogs out for as much as possible...wish I had snow sneakers....lol

am eating collard greens tonight...steamed in a colinder over a pot of boiling water slightly.....but butter and salt and pepper before eating....one of the best vegetables to eat......but must flavor it a bit.....

How could you live in upstate New York and not to have snow everything?…

… Egg, that is very generous… Hopefully I'll have a back within a few days… But keep me posted if you're heading south at all and maybe I'll head west and at some point our paths will intersect…

Yes I think we remember more about what she says in her post then she remembers… I don't my memories pretty good… I can at least remember what someone said one post before…

They gave me the name brand pills as opposed to the Nava loan which is the generic way… I don't know if there's a difference but they look better
