got me a new hulahoop today at biglots., for 2dollars. my other one cracked from the cold outside.

 

There's one safety guy at work that makes us do the hulahoop move during morning stretch and flex where I work.

And he makes us do 3 different types of touch the toes moves (in a row) also.

I kinda wonder about him..

 

I hope he is standing in front of all of you.


Robins are all back! I have two pairs that keep coming back each year and nesting. I have a feeling they may have two layings this year as they are back early.

I love to watch them as they are very protective of their nests and take shifts. Nice to see someone gets parenting.
