In the doghouse with my wife right now....for no fucking reason at all. She wanted to go to a party tonight. I didn't. She said it was a dinner party with maybe a few drinks afterward. I didn't want to go. She said it started at 7 pm and would last a couple of hours. I said (numerous times) "Well...let's go but I don't want to be there at 10:30. I want to be home before then". She said that would be fine. So we went. At 10, I told her we should be thinking of leaving and I was planning on calling a cab soon. At 10:30 I called the cab. Somehow I misrepresented myself because I'm a fun hater and she should have gone by herself if she would have known I wanted to leave early. Why....yes!!! You should have fucking gone by yourself and we wouldn't even be talking about this right now. I have no idea how I am wrong in this....except for maybe being the most sober person there.

GRRR!!!

But I think everything is cool now. Just a rare little wave for us. And my car is still there. But she still thinks this is on me.

 

Seems to me that you called the cab before she actually verbally gave you the okay… Sometimes you have to take one for the team my brother…

And I agree with you there the moon was that calculatorLOL I didn't think the moon look like a Calculator I was trying to say the same word that you used that calculatorLOL it just won't say it calculator spectacular spectacular

 

when I was a little kid, I has this calculator with green lights, I would sit under my covers and just play with it.. I never did get great at math, but I do like a nice light show..

I missed the moon at dawn because I was up way to late last night...


I gotta get firewood in today also Rolling... But not right now, it's too damn cold out there.

 

I told her I was calling the cab before I called it. And it normally takes a while for the cab to get there, which is why I called it when I did. We always have a great time with this group of friends but last night our daughter was with us (hanging out with our friends kids upstairs) and I knew full well that this dinner party was about to turn into a rager pretty quick so I wanted to leave just before things got crazy. She could have stayed.

It's still 68f in here from last night's furnace run and the sun is streaming through the windows so it will hold that for much of the day... Might even go up. Little chilly in some of the other rooms, but not bad. Gotta love passive solar...

 

I ended up on a youtube page full of 70's love songs.

I decided that music fucked me up and it's taken me years to undo all the crazy shit in those songs which I had taken to heart as a teenage girl.

That's all. Just a observation and revelation for myself.

 

Speaking of music...I am still holding onto this desk and computer, as I have two small speakers hooked up to it, so whenever i listen to anything from u-tube.....it is like hearing it on stereo....awesome sound...I do not imagine laptops or tablets giving the same full sound, right?
