I havent looked outside yet but its really quiet and that usually means snow

 

floods?... so it would be wise to live up a hill/mountain there then? or live on a boat

well theres not much snow yet and I figured out why I slept well...it was nice and quiet because I blocked up and insulated my window two days ago

^^ mildish here but getting nippier.... no rain at the mo... but heating still on constantly... low, but constant...

 

50 mile hour winds right now

 

my dog is really scared of the wind.... for a beast, he's a bit of a woos sometimes, but that just makes him all the more loveable... i really love extremes of weather, with the exception of a desert sun... wind, blizzards, storms and snow, make me feel all emotional and like nature is still around us doing her thang and we are all little dots of nothing and everything...

 

well the drifts are getting pretty deep and the roads are awful now,,and the winds are wild here too

I took off the control cover on my plow and water had seeped into the direction controls...so all I have to do is wait for my magnetic heater to thaw everything out and then spray water repellent then load it with low temp grease and make a new gasket so water doesnt get in again and freeze it up

 

My cousin is coming over this weekend. I haven't seen him in over a year, so I'm excited!

 

I've been out in the rain for 3 hours and feel like a duck.

It now says snow Tuesday and Wednesday, which means the trains will stop running again and I can't get anywhere in this silly place

 

The only thing that made me forget the cold creeping inside my bones was to play my instrument in a way like nothing else counted. I could see the audience warm up at the same time. It was in their eyes.

 

got my plow all fixed and working...just in time because its blowing like mad out there and really piling up

 

Now its 36 degrees and falling, light snow. I took the vehicle off of the hill just in case we do get some white stuff.
Looks like bean rice and cornbread for din din....;-)
