Random Fact- I like a small amount of anchovies on my pizza, does anyone else?

 

today I made chicken fingers...soaked chicken breast fillets in milk all afternoon then rolled them in cajun fish crisp...sprinkled with ground pepper and pan fried ....I like to use cherry sauce with them...they were perfect...and Im well aware that chicken dont have fingers

the milk is what makes them really good...always soak them in milk and dont use the actual breast...just the fillet parts

 

I never think to use milk. What's the difference between the actual breast and the fillet?
