    when you remove the breast meat there is two pieces left stuck close to the cartillage...most times people get it out with their thumbs...those are the fillets


    a good grocery store sells them separate

    no on the Cronzy...I use Rocky madsens or whatever the name is...I stock up when its on sale...usually cajun but sometimes I try others

    i cook some of them chickens up,, coat in mayo and roll in crushed cracker or chip crumbs.. fry in butter hell yeah

    I'm having steak au vin with wine and couscous but I don't have any wine to use.

    ya ..crushed crackers or potato chips make great crispy breading...sometimes I add that into the fish coating stuff
