I'm tellin' ya BBAD - probably a disk pressing on a nerve. I had something like this a few years ago. Sometimes pec twitches, sometimes tingling or numbness in my hand on the same side. And neck pain - so bad I could hardly sleep - I couldn't find any position that was comfortable. Finally I went to the chiropractor, who took an x-ray, said the magic words "bulging disk," and did a muscle relaxation treatment. I went home and slept comfortably that night for the first time in a week.
