    countrygirl, you sound like my mother-always doing laundry for my brother...its cute really. And she always sends him home with heaps of food.

    Well, my sister-in-law's ex husband is officially dead. I kinda don't feel bad and I feel guilty for feeling that way. I just feel bad for the 2 little boys he has.

    Went fishing all weekend with the boys at my camp. Hands down best weekend of the summer so far. What bliss!

    The more you consciously force yourself to stay positive and optimistic, the more you enforce those neural pathways, and the more natural it will become. Energy flows where attention goes. But yeah it's hard at first... and then after a while it becomes your brain's automatic reaction. Neuroplasticity is fun :conehead:
