    I went for a really long bike ride tonight..it was great..i had forgot how good it felt to go downhill on a pedal bike


    also my arms are now dead...and my legs are wobbly too tonight lol

    I hear ya BBAD...I used my punching bag yesterday for about an hour and my arms and shoulders feel like they're gunna fall off haha.

    I took my bicycle ride after supper last night...:) Of course I just ride on a trail in the woods behind our house...

    We may get rain today, its already 80f...It was 98f yesterday...
