Random Facts the 19th!!!

I did that once to an employer (a sausage making place)

they gave us really good discounts and just tabbed us for it and we'd pay it on payday ...when I quit they wouldn't give me last paycheck until I paid the tab...and they wouldnt just take it off my pay so I paid them all in rolled change :d

the guy who owns the place is a neighbor...ya think he'd trust me for it but geeze that was a weird backwards workplace..I never missed that job

 

Well, I'm going to see my friend in Norway soon, and it's very tempting to move other there for a good few months. Will have to give it some thought, and look for jobs and things.

I bought something that was £60, but ended up only paying £20 That made me smile.... so I bought some boots.

 

That's where my ancestors came from. Well, some of them anyway. Back in the late 1800s. The Norwegian relatives don't ask after us anymore though. If you go there, best not to mention you know me.

 

It is a little windy but warm and really sunny....all my leaves are down at the end of the street

Magical number 69 here for the high temp!..;-) Lost a lot of leaves during that wind storm, which turned out to be not such a big deal afterall....;-)

 

windy as heck here...theres probably two leaves left on the oak tree and that tree rarely drops them all...usually a lot of them stay on all winter until spring when the new growth pops them off

I shoulda emptied the driveway of vehicles and then all the ones on the ground would have blown away

 

i pushed my leaf pile onto the side walk..its almost gone..the neighbors all enjoy my trees in the summer constantly sending their kids down to play in front of the old mean guys house..so they can have leaves

 

that lady at school laughed when i handed her rolled change and said "thanks dude" lol

GLEN is actually one of the few people here I think I would get along with in real life. He likes good food and booze. From that alone it seems like we'd have a good time together.
