Years ago I read that putting moth balls in a vacuum cleaner bag will help kill fleas. I assume you have to run the vacuum for this to work.

They have changed the active ingredient in mothballs... It's no longer camphor. The last ones I got were naphthalene... Don't smell the same but they still stink.

Yes it does fly south for the winter. There has been some chatter about changing our state bird to the Chickadee. They stay here all year long.

dont think they allow those moth ball deterrents cause they get in the groundwater supply..

I'll have to try this. Better than traps and having to deal with nests.

I'm in the middle of a Dexter marathon.

A rendering plant is a great place if you have gas problems. Its so loud that nobody can hear you fart and itsmells so bad that nobody can smell you.

It is important to ALWAYS WATER plants you buy at a store...not only after you get them home (usually) but everyday after and then for a while after you get them in the ground.

If you don't they are subject to die. So then you (I) feel guilty for letting plants die and then mad because my dumbass spent money for nothing.

I'm not letting any plants die from stupidity (or laziness) this year.

    I hope I didn't just jinx myself.

You can just put plants in water and they will live.
