ive tossed away every trophy I ever won...had a bunch of gawdy cheap crappy fake chrome goalies on wooden blocks with tacky writing

you get tired of hauling them around after your parents make you remove them from their basement

I don't go around boasting that my peewee team won a trophy...we weren't 'the best'...we were 'the least worst'

I have a safety award with elmer the elephant on it hanging in my grade school...

my principal gave it to me because my dad got him hockey tickets

that award...even though it was rigged....would be cool to have because I got when I was 8ish and it has a cool elephant on it:)

I got sick of dusting all the kids and my x's trophys. So i stood the individual persons trophies togethwr. Took a picture, framed it, gave them the pictures for christmas, and dumped the trophies. Good move i think :D

The MTD does what it's supposed to do... John Deere needs wheel weights.

After my (late) husband had oh, "enough" DUIs he began driving a tractor...he had too far to go to worry with a riding lawn mower and he would have set himself on fire before riding a mophead or whatever they are called.

My point is that he taught me, sort-of, to drive a tractor. It was WILD!!! You drive it standing up (his you did anyway) and to get it to stop you have to STOMP as you STAND up. I remember kind of about jumping on it to get it to stop. He was on there with me, or I think I would have wrecked or something.

I'm probably crazy, but I liked riding on it with him...as long as he was driving it. He wanted me to learn "because you might need to know someday". lol

I wanted to hop in here before this thread is FINALLY almost done, and to share that really good memory. :)

I think I'm going to buy a new computer. Five is just not enough. Not that I'm a geek or anything.
