I sure hope that we get our Indian summer soon. I have a feeling those deer may know more than we do. :)

Same here, it's really chill tonight outside! I'm wearing a sleeveless shirt and didn't think about putting another layer on when walking the dog not too long ago... The walk was short, let me tell you lol

never saw any gas. they had all the stuff they need to have electricity but they had to do all the wiring themselves so they didnt have any electricity until the second episode when they hooked it all up. they had 2 cows and a few chickens not much else.

No, cats have their own logic. It's just way different than ours.

Cats are animals, they often live in the moment. That's why they sometime seem borderline (from a human perspective). It's even more apparent and noticable in dogs. It seems a great quality to have.

A great quality? Well sure, if you appreciate being bloodied up for the crime of drying him off. If he was living in the moment, then he was having a hallucination in that moment; one in which I was a great danger to his well-being. Maybe he got a hold of some bad catnip or something. When I had a dog, he never once bit me (not even so much as a growl) even though he might not have wanted to sit or stay or go to the vet. I miss that dog. One day he was just gone. I'm sure the cat had something to do with it; I just can't prove it. :)

The fact that our cats behave sometimes like dogs here makes me giggle, like they come to us when they're called, obey our commands ("sit!", "come here", "go lay!"), I've even seen one drinking in the toilet bowl! :D They're weird but I love them that way.

My mom got a clicker to train the dog. You click it and then give the dog a treat. Well one time the cat saw the treat and ran over. Ever since then the cat would come before the dog would. Sometimes the dog would just ignore the clicks but the cat came to her every single time after the fist time.
i used that same method when i had chickens and the chickens would run to me almost every time i clicked...definitely more often than her dog went to her.she even stopped using it because it works so rarely now.

i knew someone who stabbed them-self in the torso, wrists and neck....and survived. i guess that would go down as an epic fail but god damn...when the police find you with a knife in your neck and you still dont die maybe its time to buy some kryptonite before your next suicide attempt.

I guess it is true what they say: sometimes it is more a cry out for attention/help than a serious effort to end their life.
