I learned years ago that I just can't sleep in the same bed with my wife. She flails. I kept getting hit in the face in my sleep by flying arms. So I got my own bed, and now I sleep very soundly.

And also btw: She managed to sleep with our babies in her bed without maiming them the way she maimed me...how come the diff, eh?

My great aunt and her late husband slept in separate beds in the same room for over 40 years. He always said that she hogged the blankets and he'd get cold.

 

Yeah right...that's what I used to think, too...

 

Fact- The term mad hatter comes from the 18th and early 19th century when men who made felt hats (top hats and whatnot) would often suffer from mercury poisoning, as mercury was used in the hats. The effects of mercury poisoning apparently were similar to the symptoms of madness.

I've done the god thing too. I've worked miracles. And I'll grant you this: I'm probably responsible for what I'm experiencing now, too. So we can agree to agree. Ain't that cozy?
