Making a huge pot of homemade chili, who's coming over? Fresh cornbread too! And of course, homebrewed beer!.....;-)

 

I have a headache, and a dog who won't stop staring at me.

 

I'm still about 4 hours away.

I made shelves and started moving my toolboxes into my new toolshed

 

spinach and brie stuffed centre cut pork tenderloin with corn fritters,carrots. noodles,potatoes..in the oven

I had cornbread for the first time I few weeks ago, it's lovely!

I took them today before the shelves and tool boxes got moved in

 

there is a restaraunt in toronto called the underground railroad that serves a wicked cornbread...i think i will go there next week when i visit the big smoke

corn bread recipe?

Actually used a cornbread mix from Frankferd Farms. All organic, it has corn mill, unbleached white flour, cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, some sea salt.... we added a cup of milk, 1 egg, some cooking oil, grated carrots, mixed and baked for 20 minutes....

Not as good as homemade, but we were in a hurry since we have some visiters here this evening....

 

I only know of one place that sells it here, I will have to keep an eye out.

I'm deciding whether to go to bed or not.

The skylights are a great idea. Fun project.

 

My parents are coming down tomorrow. Should be fun.
