I'm trying a cleansing tea now. It's got lemon grass, dandelion heads, fennel, some red chunks that might be cranberry, and some other stuff, orange peel too I think.

I don't have any. Besides, all those over the counter cold medicines do is lessen the pain and swelling until your body heals itself. They only make the cold a little easier to bear.

Today I'll look at flight schedules and prices to decide if I'm flying to California for my uncle's memorial service.

Interesting fact: My uncle participated in the civil rights march from Selma to Montgomery in the mid-60s. Also in the farm workers' march from Delano to Sacramento.

 

I've been thinking about this too, my hair is a couple of inches past my shoulder now... long way away from where it was before I cut it... lol
