Random Facts XXVII - New Year's Edition

i waited in line at school for hours getting stuff in order today. i came home and went on a hellacious mountain bike ride. maybe not hellacious, but the most hellacious since i got my bike less than a week ago. you never forget how to ride a bike, but theres still a lot of room for improvement.

 

Its only 8pm and I can hardly stay awake....;-)

 

It's 9:35 here, I'll probably be up for another 4 to 4 and a half hours.

 

I went out to a mexican restaurant for dinner and had mahi-mahi fish tacos. They were soo good but now I'm completely stuffed.

RF- Got back from hockey and my son is the proud owner of a one game suspension for conduct. If I had not signed a paper saying I will not say anything other than positive, I might pin his ears back.

What Did He Do, Was It Something Like A Technical Foul, Or Did He Smash

One Of The Opposing Team Over The Head With A Hockey Stick, Then Kick

Him In The Gonads Whilst He Was On The Ground....

It was an ice brawl. The other team captain took a swing after a legal check from my son. When he hit my son he punched him back and sent him flying into the boards and then it really got nasty. Ended up 8 of them, 4 and him from his team and 3 from the other all fighting.

The other teams three each got two game suspensions because they took the first swing. His team, all five of them each got a one game suspension.

First time he has ever done this and I hope it is the last.
