    The marines are a good move if it fits your personality. You can get some decent benefits from being in the military. They help you out with a home loan and they even handle the inspection to make sure the house is suitable. You just sign and get the keys.

    I considered it myself but in the end it was not for me. Thanks to my father I can't stand being yelled at and have issues with most authority figures.

    the military here is awesome...you can retire real quick with a good pension and then enjoy the rest of your life worry free or go get another job and get two paychecks

    I wish I had joined when i was young and fit..id be retired by now

    I trimmed the bushes today and cut the extension cord, with the electric trimmers, hubby grumped at me...:(

    I was totally sober and the bush is about 7feet tall and I was doing the top and then down the bush, the extension cord must have got caught and I didn't see it, it is a green extension cord...Hubby fixed it...:2thumbsup:That make twice that I have done it...

    It is beautiful out today. After I cut the grass and refill the bird feeders I think I will sit outside and enjoy this cool, sunny weather.

    random fact...my afternoon plans with a friend have been cancelled but im still hoping her meeting goes quick and she calls instead of wasting the whole day
