rf: I like being a first-level tech lead - it's my optimum functional level, and I've been doing it for about 22 years. When I have to do managerial or administrative tasks too much I want to slit my wrists.

and usually i say the "life is good" sentence in a strong Indian accent (its a Futurama quote, said by an Indian guy). In fact, i just said it out loud. I mean this in the least possible offensive way but Indian accents crack me up.
