Oh my goodness! Imagine that! I'm sure people would steal from thrift shops but why?! I spent $15 and got a ton of awesome crap yesterday including books for just a few cents and a few awesome albums

 

You paid $15 for a ton of crap? That is a bargain. Manure prices these days are through the roof.

 

Yeah everything is "crap" to me. The only reason I call it that is because I don't know what I'm going to do with half of it...but it looks cool so that's all that matters to me

Along the same lines I heard a funny line this morning.

It was on a golf special for the PGA Championships
A 22 yr old rising superstar Rory McIlroy injured himself when club hit a tree root. Just so happens the injury is in his right wrist.

Announcer (David Feherty) says in his natural Northern Ireland accent

"He's 22, his right wrist should be the strongest muscle in his body"

His co anchors were cracking up-Feherty played it straight

I need more sleep...in the meantime more coffee will have to do.

Tomorrow I plan to mow my lawn for the first time this year. I should probably carry a machete and a shotgun, just in case.

 

i would like to see a picture of that lawn before you mow it

 

The lawn doesn't look so bad - actually kinda nice, like a wild meadow, with a few little flowery kindsa plants. It's the weed area that's really bad. The contractor who replaced the septic tank a couple years ago just kinda threw a little grass seed on the area afterward, but there's very little grass and lots of weeds.

That's a thought, about the photo, though...

I've been drinking three beers a day this week. But at the moment I'm out of beer.

 

i just remembered I have 2 beer in the fridge...bought them because they are brewed with maple syrup and i wanted to see how it tastes...normally I buy a few lime beer but am usually dissappointed because i cant taste the lime
