well i was looking for something else, my two favorite donovan songs, well i don't know the name of either, but one was about a three ring circus and the other about a cat. at any rate i didn't remember this one at all, didn't even know it existed, because it really sounds like the kind of thing we sang in bardic circles in the middle of the night at science fiction conventions, of which i went to many in the 1980s. at any rate:

It's crazy how much this dude sounds almost exactly like Jim Morrison, imo, but only on this song and a few others. Even some of the lyrics sound like something Jim Morrison would write.Anyway, this has been one of my favorite songs to get stoned to, over the past few weeks.
