i kind of get the feeling that this entire contest is just an inside joke at the expense of everyone who wasn't posting last summer...

 

The complete lack of structure killed the fun anticipation for me.

I don't know who's ahead, who's behind, when it's going to happen, what the rules are, etc.

 

Waiting that long would be ridiculous.
