sometimes i like to listen to music that i listened to when i was in HS and i listened to a totally different style of music and lived a different life style.. bring back memories.. though i tend to try and forget most of them.. there are a few good ones.. so it takes me back... but otherwise i listen to hip-hop more than i do any rap today.. every genre of music has its diamonds in the rough... if you exclude yourself from a style of music based on its genre labeling.. then you are really shorting yourself

Ok let me reword that. I do not like any NEW rap, r&b or any combination of either. I love old school shit though and every now and then a song comes out that I like, but I don't exclude myself from anything. If I don't like it I don't like it.
