Tell me about it:( Whats WRONG with people? Like mass profits more important than a perfectly natural beautiful apple to nourish us and keep us healthy, more important than keeping our life source safe. And genetically modifying and oh my, were in a tangle

We should exchange recipes:D I just made a sweet "cheese"cake just using leftovers-dates, macadamias, cashew, lemon, orange and cocoa beans...ahhh, cocoa
I dont have a dehydrator yet and our blenders broken so i did it all in the food processor!
Im still very much a novice...but it was yum

Could very well be. The emotional and mental attachment to cooked food runs so deep, even if most dont realise it. Its addicitive alright. Took me a few attempts to even get as far as i have done already, and 100will be toughest of all
I always feel sorry for babies, when their mums are trying to shove horrible-looking cooked mush with cereal and cows milk and additives down their throats and they always spit it out
Seems like a more natural thing for a baby to do would be to start off on soft things like bananas, avocados etc, out of their own curiosity
Im no biologist though, and i know most doctors would disagree. All i know is how heavy and loaded and like crap i felt before doing this, and how much energy ive gained and hair has grown back and my eyes sparkle

I'm glad you're a fan of Green For Life. In my blender last night, I made a spread like thing with carrots, red pepper, spinach, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and garlic (all raw of course), and put it over rice that I hydrated on very very low heat (it may have went over the raw temperature, but it would be hard to say that it was 'cooked'). I then put this onto a large romaine leaf and ate it all wrapped up. If I was more patient, I could have done the rice totally raw. I had a few of these and literally had almost too much energy. It was awesome, and I don't plan on cooking anything anytime soon.

It looks like someone said that some raw foodists are against carrots and garlic. They are not against anything raw. It can give you extreme health but you will still die. Also it does not give you happiness. Some eat mostly raw instead of 100%. A lot of the food people eat is for their emotions not physical needs.

If you are a heroin addict, you can die trying to not take it. Giving up cigarettes can make you really sick. Giving up cooked foods can temporarily make you very sick and extremely underweight. Unless you are like Jesus or Buddha, you still need food for your emotiions. It is a guaranteed method of Weight Loss.

Did you know that there is a simple way to KNOW what foods are healthy for you and which ones are not? Every food that tastes good, is good for you. Every food that tastes bad, is bad for you. That is how simple it is using your instincts. The condition is this only applies to raw food. See more on this and raw food in this article called Evolution of Healthy Diets.

    This link does not work.

What does margarine taste like? Try eating a teaspoonful of it neat. noticed neat.
I Kevin Trudeau is mentioned at the bottom. If I recall correctly, he is one of the greatest con artists America has ever produced. He has convictions for larceny and pyramid selling.

I just found out that my dad's gas oven has a dehydrate feature, and you can bring it down to 100 F, so I'm hoping to give that a try soon. Maybe try to make something chip-like. Should I be concerned about it getting too hot? I imagine that it would hold the temp. well, but has anyone used an oven for this purpose?

We have a low heat fan feature on ours but ive never used it. Most things take a while to dehydrate and i dont feel comfortable using so much energy as the oven does, especially with the door open. Im just hanging on in there until we can afford a dehydrator, although its pretty hard to wait. Ahh, cookies, bread, chips, all kinds of wonders, itll be great for me:D

Sorry cant be of much help, i dont know if it actually works, and i cant afford to find out! I do hope Christmas= dehydrator time:D
