I think that if getting a breast lift can do the job then go with that...but fake (if done right- size and proportion) can be very visually appealing too. I would really have to see what your working with to know for sure tho
Natural anytime for me! Even if not perky anymore. I handled fake ones on some occasions and I didn’t have the same interest or passion for them. I have been very happy and turned on with really small ones as well.
Fake! I’m not a boob guy, in fact (I’ve mentioned this before) I prefer the classy top no bottoms (totally shaved) look. But I like the way fake boobs make clothes look.
Fake will never be as attractive as a natural pair, fake tits do nothing for me, and they are usually to big for my liking.

Natural for me. My wife has perky, little tits that have at 55, defied the passage of time. Even so, she complains about her breast size... Too many people want to alter themselves, worrying about the size of this or the shape of that, rather than enjoying what's right in from of them. I guess I prefer natural more for how nice they feel. I've felt and seen too many bad boob jobs and I just don't get why some girls go for huge implants that pulls their breasts way out of shape. I suppose underneath clothing they may look fine but once they're freed from the bra, I just don't find them as attractive. BUT, I've seen some real nice implants that look and feel just fine and I notice that the women seem to like themselves better and have more confidence so it's hard to really choose. Honestly, any woman who is comfortable getting naked will be beautiful so maybe it's more of a choice for her and what she likes than it is for those that admire her.
Been with women with all sizes and shapes, man made and natural. Man mades are firm and don't drop off to the side. Naturals are generally softer and move around her chest more. All have nipples that long to be sucked. All have their positive and negative points about them.
