I left a negative once and put my name on it...I got neutral rep points but rude comments with them every couple days. The user was banned I think, he was only here for like a month or so.
I just try and not give negative any more...I don't want to leave them nameless but I also don't enjoy being harassed over a negative point for weeks.

 

Hey theres nothing wrong with giving a negative if someone deserves it, in my opinion at least. :sunglasse

I'm going to forget that you called me a sissy and I'm going to tell you that it would take alot more than that to get a negative outta me. I saw what you wrote on the name thread and I knew it was a joke, there was no question about that.

I did however see what you wrote to me on my CP and you were saying something about it just being a joke in a way that suggested that I was having a problem with it and I didn't understand since it wasn't green or red.


I'm not sure if someone put my name down on your comment or not but thats all it would take and I'm suprised that it doesn't happen more often.

hey, blackie, if you dont like the karma system, you can turn it off. people will still be able to give you karma, you just wont see it in your user cp

i think sprout is on to something. just cause a comment is signed, it doesnt mean that it's from that person. for example, i could run around giving out bad karma and saying that it was from sprout...people would get pissed off at sprout about it and not at me. not that i would do that, cause i wouldnt. but just bc a comment is signed doesnt mean that person did it.
