night shift or insomnia?

 

Insomnia. I have slept today - it was just approx 8 hours ago. I'm a bit wound up because I have a blood test tomorrow (4 and a half hours time), and the results could be really bad news.

Sorry to hear that. I'd recommend the insomnia book that I often recommend to people, but you've probably seen enough of my posts to already know about it.

Hope that the test turns out ok.
