Recent Photographs Part III

Well if it's being poor we are talking about, we have a lot of poor here too. Our country and the US tends to take care of other countries before our own are cared for by sending millions of bucks out.
I live in one of the most desired cities for scenery, weather and things to do in Canada, but yet we are almost the least desired to live in for cost of living. Many have moved to Alberta from here for more money, but I live here and have never felt the pressures many claim, it sometimes depends on what you do for a living and maybe luck or the ability to hold out for better times. When I first moved here there wasn't any work available for almost a year except for bits I could snatch to survive. I stuck it out because I loved what I saw.

Interesting, I would never have known that, what do they use as a cash value kind of thing? Or how does one know what they are worth or what they do is worth?

 

I am not near the ocean , either, Piaf....but am close to a river, greenery and other type of beauty here....

I love the ocean, though....but it would be hard to live near it...as not only erosion of coastline but salt air ruins alot of things, too. Would have to live in a white bare minimal place at a beach, I think.

 

Me neither, had a chance to a few times but after learning what damages can happen like my parents experience I decided near a lake would be better. I can visit them if I want to be near the ocean. They love it but it has it's issues.
