Nowhere near enough trees...

 

I like that about it though; we have lots of public trails that are wooded around here but this is the only public field and sometimes one feels like walking across a field

 

That's a good hill.

 

have you ever had snow there?

 

I've never been to this park in the snow but I'm sure people sled down it. People slide down it a lot when there's no snow too, just grass and cardboard southerners gotta do what southerners gotta do

When you got the outfit, and all you want to know... is how to do the dance! The twins yesterday! Bloody gorgeous.... oh, and my eldest granddaughter (adopted) is having identical twins, on my birthday! Can my lot not do it singular any more? Shit! That makes me..... shut up!

I got each of my kids the one thing that makes Christmas... never happy some people! I thought them cute!

 

i saw people doing this when i was in your area a couple months ago. first time i ever saw such a thing in my life. i guess it must be a south carolina tradition.

 

Come to Connecticut tonight...where it's raining and 33 F/1 C. Yup. A few slick spots popped up from about Bristol west into the Litchfield (County) hills.

Ha ha We Did it as kids here in the UK all the time !

 

We used to do it at school on cafeteria trays.

 

The kids rang in the new year with London, which was 7pm here.
