    So to the OP, do you date random women or just the ones you are attracted to?

    Most people don't have the time to invest in gtting to know every single person they run across, so yep, first impressions make a huge difference. And if we find someone repulsive, we aren't going to bother.

    True. I wouldn't be open and honest with just anybody about my views on this. If they don't already get it, I find that most of the time trying to explain myself isn't worth the trouble.

    I have an 'appearance', as in I do dress in a certain way and look the way I feel like looking. However, it's not enjoyed by everybody and I think basing your complete personality on looks is a waste of time.

    I actually met one of the more popular girls in my town recently, and she is constantly spoken about (social ranks eh? such shit). Either way, she was the most boring person I spoke to that night and people thought she was fantastic because she had a mohawk and wore skinnies.

    We've all judged, but it's like choosing a partner- you're just presenting what aesthetic you find most pleasing in another person.
